Прекарахме една прекрасна неделна утрин при рибарите от далян “Чайка” в Созопол.
Един от най-романтичните даляни е „Чайка“. Преди време той е носил името „Юрий Гагарин“, защото е бил посетен лично от първия космонавт. Гагарин е засадил дръвче- борче, което сега е голям бор. Тук е снимана и култовата родна лента „Оркестър без име“. Сега няма и помен от поляните и лозята от времето, когато е сниман филмът. Изникнали са стотици къщи и хотели.
Сутринта, когато нашият екип ги посети, точно бяха изкарали улова си – няколко карагьоза само. Причината за слабия улов е, че далянът е бил поставен късно вечерта, до 6 сутринта само няколко риби са минали покрай “хавлията” и са влезли в “торбата”.
След като извадиха рибата от мрежите, дружно се заеха с мермет на хавлията и подготовката и за поставяне. Стифираха на мауната и поеха към даляна. Ако се чудите на странните думи, “мауна” е голяма далянджийска лодка, която събира цялата тайфа. Стифиране е подреждане на мрежите в лодката, като се разделят горен и долен край (горна и долна яка).
За незнаещите, носещата конструкция на даляна е изградена от колове, закрепени за морското дъно и свързани с тел помежду си в горния край. На тях се закрепят мрежите („хавлиите“) – права преградна мрежа, която отклонява пасажа, и затворена (“торба”), в която се събира рибата.
Рибарите ни разказаха интересни истории от близкото и далечно минало. Истории за голям улов, за изчезналата вече черноморска скумрия и за дните, когато морето е било богато на риба и уловът им е бил тонове сафрид, паламуд и лефер.
